I’ve been traveling internationally for 40+ years. The United States has never been weaker and more alone. It has never been more embarrassing to be an American overseas. They will probably not trust us again in my lifetime after Trump’s reelection.

What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers more than $15 an hour.”

What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”
