Now I'm going to be wondering who designed what because we have three designers credited for "creature design" in volume one: Ryuu Oyama, Kyoshi Takigawa, and Eiji Koyama (magma studio). Eight Nakamura is also credited for mechanical design.

also like anime characters are mentally ill and autistic in intensely relatable ways and I feel like every western character presented as a fuckable hole or ridable shaft can only have cool traumatic backstories that position them to sit in the shadowy corner of a tavern if that makes any sense

If anything will teach you self reflection and reactions it’s a horse with deep set trauma and neurological issues. I’m glad Hel came to us, but navigating some of my own internal struggles reflected within hers has been tough. But that’s what betterment in progress is about. ❤️

On the 23rd of October 1981, the 1st episode of Fang of the Sun Dougram aired. Created by Ryosuke Takahashi, who would go on to create Votoms in 1983, the series ran for 75 episodes & had a compilation film. It debuted in SRW X-O (Mobile) in 2018.
