I get migraines often due to lack of water and vitamins (sleeping condition and stuff) and what really helps me is a cold/wet towel on my head, water next to my bed ofc and ambient music!! 12hz is probably the best for those, but personally Christmas on Dobuita Street from Shenmue does the trick 💗
