Terror Con is coming up. I did the poster art for it (pencils, inks, colors, and hand lettering), and I quite enjoy this one. I could draw those silly monsters all day.

Thank you to everyone that came to see me and visit at San Diego Comic Con. I saw so many people that I hadn’t seen since before Covid, and it was just so wonderful. I’m very lucky to have so many friends from all across the country.

Made it back from San Diego Comic Con around 4:30 this morning... starting off a little slow.

I'm going through lists, checking suitcases, hoping I don't forget anything. I'm flying out tomorrow early, and hopefully I'll be at booth 2200 at San Diego Comic Con tomorrow. Here's a handy map to where the booth is, stop on by if you're around. I've got new neat stuff that I'm pretty proud of.

Big day for me, copies of my Conan the Barbarian #1 wraparound cover arrived today. I grew up reading these comics, and the Conan paperbacks my father gave me as a kid. This is the stuff that dreams on paper are made of for me. You can get it on iancnichols.com if you like.

I'm sure at some point an editor told Alex Nino if he were just 10% less weird he could be a superstar, and instead he turned into some kind of space bat and flew out the office window.
