Two fantasy designs for humanoid demon creatures. One is the "plate daemon", hulking shadowy mass with large plates of metal going over their head and shoulders and each of their arms. The other is the "faceless daemon", a man whose head is replaced with a mass of tentacles coiled in on themselves in a spiral pattern.

Six drawings of fantasy fairy houses made from various oversized plants and objects. There's a brick house with many mushrooms growing out of the walls, forming balconies and roofs. The next two use an oversized petal as a full wall and ceiling combined,, leaving up against the rest of the house like a tent. The next is a multi-layered bed and breakfast fashioned out of an old wine barrel. The next is a hanging tent pinned to a tall, thin plant using push pins. And the final drawing is not of a house, but instead of a tree with hundreds of heart-shaped leaves radiating out in all directions.

Some fantasy houses I whipped up in my sketchbook! You can get a lot of mileage out of a few simple ideas! I was mainly stealing inspo from the smurfs lmao

A sketch page showing some practice drawings of flower beds, and notes for a fantasy plant called a "snapping dandy". The snapping dandy is a purple flower with wide, flat leaves, pointy petals, and two antenna-like sprouts. The notes written describe how, if a heavy creature steps on and crushes one of its leaves, it will feel around for it using its antenna and, if the antenna touch the creature, the petals will bite down on the creature's leg, immobilizing it like a bear trap. The notes also describe how people will plant fields of snapping dandies as a defense system, or attach snapping dandies to the ends of arrows.

I've been working on building my visual libraries, improving my character and environment designs. Recently, plants have been my main focus, and while taking notes on drawing flower beds, I made up a simple fantasy flower!
