Thanks to Trump many people feel that being welcoming to the LGBTQ community or women or people of color is woke or DEI. It is so shameful. Imagine embracing bigotry like that, basically saying let's throw out any advances we have made on civil rights and go back to how people were 200 years ago.

Humanitarianism, right and wrong, coming to the aid of people who are suffering? Nonsense. We want a country that is run like a business. If you pay us we will help you. For instance we could not say a word against the murder of Khashoggi because there would have been a financial cost to that.

This is one of those movies where the werewolf effects make you want to puke. A big no thanks to what they give you in this, American Werewolf in London, Ginger Snaps or even the cheesy CGI in Wednesday. If this is the best they can do they might as well go back to the Jack Pierce makeup from 1941.

I think the word worse is awfully well chosen here. The fact of the matter is, whatever anyone may think of Trump, Trump is actually much worse than that. Which is to say, so long as he remains in power the country is going to get worse and worse. Not unlike a terminal illness.

For satire to work, it must either be so outrageous as to make us take pause or it must be rooted in truth. I believe this is satire rooted in truth.

In Alice in Wonderland the queen kept saying, "Off with his head!" In Trump land he says, "Impose another tariff!" The man is an ignorant child and what will happen to him and the rest of his depraved tribe? Probably nothing. The US is a child too. When will our country grow up?

Weiss and all the rats like her will gladly ball up a news organization and throw it in the fire if it makes Donald happy. Their goal is not to make money. What does Weiss care if CBS is ruined?

Of course Lying Leavitt lied and gave her customary shorts-eating grin. No evidence of illegal immigrants voting and yet they must station armed men there to harass any brown people who want to vote. Trump should at least admit that yes he is using ICE for things other than immigration.

I am fairly sure very few people had a problem with DEI until Donald Trump started squawking about it. Not so long ago people would look at you like you were crazy if you said there was something wrong with diversity, equity and equality, or that it hurt children's feelings to learn about slavery.

There need to be consequences for this. Sure he could croak at any minute and thereby elude them. Still, all who support him need to be told not again and measures, perhaps legal ones, must be put in place so this cannot happen again. Meanwhile what can we do to stop him now?

Sometimes I wake up with a headache. I think there is something wrong with my bedroom. Too much heat goes in thru the vent, there isn't enough air in there. I hear folks who say you must keep the door closed so you aren't killed in a house fire but this is killing me too.

I am right there with you but I will tell you, I do watch the occasional good movie sometimes and it can be startling. I am like, "Woah, that movie was actually good, I am so confused right now." But sure if like me you choose movies based on sex, violence, and weirdness, they often will be bad.

There is no voter fraud but MAGA lies and says there is in order to justify voter suppression. I am tired of this dapper, very polite man lying to us 24-7.

She should have to go to an additional hearing to answer for her behavior at previous ones. A room full of people need to explain to her that she is not behaving like an Attorney General should. And if she replies with more insults there should be consequences.

I have always said the same thing myself. Some folks are dead set on believing beings from space have visited the earth or could at any moment. Well you guys be sure and let me know when that happens. I am not holding my breath.

Is this conversation the reason people are talking about aliens all over social media right now? Good God people get a grip. You would have thought Obama had literally shown Brian an alien. It takes almost nothing to make people go crazy.

The true horror of vampire movies is that most of them end with the vampire losing. For me the vampire represents a challenge to the status quo and liberation from a repressive society. The heroes are frequently boring fatheads who view women more as property to protect than people they truly love.

For me pancakes are a side dish, to be enjoyed with eggs and hash browns. So no need for them to be be overwhelming. So long as there is butter and syrup I have no problem. If someone wishes to add chocolate chips I will not complain.

Went to a restaurant, they had multigrain pancakes. What? No thank you. They tasted so weird. Are multigrain pancakes supposed to be healthier? Friends when we choose to eat pancakes we know they are not healthy. Don't ruin pancakes with flipping multigrains.

Some of us go through life more or less taking it for granted that our government is complying with the law as why wouldn't they? That is not the case with the Trump regime. Every day they are breaking the law and doing whatever they like. That is something we sadly can take for granted.

I realize media doesn’t think it’s a big deal that Trump, Vance & Hegseth continue to give partisan political speeches to troops, evidenced by the fact that they are never asked about it nor are members of Congress, but it is one of the most dangerous things happening right now.

Not only that, time and again we see them attacking protesters and non-immigrants. I'm not saying it's okay for them to attack immigrants either but surely if the person is not an illegal immigrant ICE has no right to put their hands on them or say word one to them. What the hell is this?

Oh is she one of those clowns who instead of actually responding to what's said just roasts her accuser? If so yeah that noise needs to be shut down quickly and decisively.
