Looking for a new anime to watch and I must admit being fascinated with how multiple shows hang on wayyy narrower premises than Western TV would allow to get developed for fear of competition?
Isekai as a whole, but also + "I'm overpowered cos of a weird skill" or "but I got turned into a monster"

I kinda feel like Sabretooth should be a guy who is scary as fuck BEFORE you know he's a near unstoppable mutant serial killer? Just a guy who project threat the second he walks into any room, and the earlier parts of this video he looks too much like a lion guy which loses that?
I was also trying to make his mouth more inhuman to fit the name Sabretooth, but that had similar issues - was trying to see if I could do something vaguely like this art by Beth Zaiken with big droopy sheaths for those teeth, but it just wasn't working on a human face.
I couldn't get the pose right so eventually just cropped into his face. I think the issue I was struggling with is that he's surprisingly hard to pose as human's don't tend to slash at people so it's not a natural looking pose unless you get it just right.
Next #Xmen portrait, a little slower than before, is Wolverine's notorious nemesis #Sabretooth - honestly this one for some reason turned out to be way harder than it had any right to be?

Today's X-men Portrait: Rachel Grey - the daughter of Cyclops and Jean from a dark future timeline and avatar of the Phoenix Force.
I decided to create my own design here as being a design snob, a lot of her designs really don't fit her themes, so I synthesised bits and pieces I liked.
A few of her comics costumes are pictured below, and imo a lot of them fail the important test of reading "this isn't Jean Grey" and "this person has a shit ton of baggage".
Also she started off with a really queer haircut and that got lost over time so I thought that element needed reinstating.
