On President’s Day weekend in 1997, journalist Mark Singer boarded a private jet with Trump, whom he was profiling.

Also on board?

Together they called Epstein from the plane.

We just found out my cousin and his wife are expecting a baby. So for #smallbusinesssaturday we took Mom down to a tiny little yarn shop downtown and got her supplied up to make a baby blanket. I love little shops that are basically all inventory and there's room for maybe one customer at a […]

End Stage Capitalism

The year is 3129. Humanity is extinct. The last LG SmartFridge is desperately emailing its last owner that they are low on orange juice.

The satellites still left, their orbits decaying, dutifully relay the message.

The automated "away from office" response turns on, as it always does, notifying the refrigerator that its owner will likely return to the office in 3-5 business days.

A pack of roombas, the local wind turbines giving out, search for the next functional docking station.

A washing machine tweets: "anyone need to do a load?" every Saturday at 1:30 a.m. eastern standard time.

The replies are filled with Al thirstposters and their hypebots.

In North America, raccoons have entered the bronze age, while babboons riding domesticated battlewolves rule most of Asia.

Unbeknownst to either, the octopi are mastering nuclear fusion.

The same designer then went on to say that the "new trend" in fake wood floors is more narrow planks.

Why would that be? Could it be because it's *absurd* to pretend that 8" wide planks on a huge "open plan" floor are "real" ? The simulation started to waver.

So, the solution? More narrow […]

Targeting Kelly is one of those “this is why we’ll win” moments, bc it shows how politically impetuous this admin is.

There’s clearly no adult in the room to say “wait, maybe don’t go after the charismatic war hero turned literal astronaut who ran after his wife was a victim of political violence.”

After months of trial-and-error, I’ve finally got a fully modular #protest standard, letting me swap out the signs on top and the flag without having to cut and replace zip ties.

And because I had extra 1” PVC pipe, I made a flag pole as well. Also ready to […]

When I was 22 years old, I commissioned as an Ensign in the United States Navy and swore an oath to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school, multiple deployments on the USS Midway, 39 combat missions in Operation Desert Storm, test pilot school, four space shuttle flights at NASA, and every day since I retired - which I did after my wife Gabby was shot in the head while serving her constituents. In combat, I had a missile blow up next to my jet and flew through anti-aircraft fire to drop bombs on enemy targets. At NASA, I launched on a rocket, commanded the space shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who died on Columbia. I did all of this in service to this country that I love and has given me so much. Secretary Hegseth's tweet is the first I heard of this. I also saw the President's posts saying l should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won't work. I've given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.

"It’s impossible to imagine today’s crisis without the Roberts court having first undermined the foundations of our democracy."
