Trump didn't let his illegal war upend his social calendar.

This weekend, he attended a $1 million per-plate fundraising dinner to support MAGA Inc.

This is unprecedented behavior for a President who cannot legally run again.

This is alarming for a guy who clearly thinks he’s above the law.

Arresting citizens. Detaining children. Unlawfully breaking into homes.

ICE continues to violate court orders & terrorize our communities.

Noem's leadership of DHS irresponsible and reckless.

She must resign.

Senator Tillis said what every GOP Senator should have said during Kristi Noem's Senate hearing.

Noem's management of ICE and CBP is a disgrace.

Her leadership is full of bad decisions that have led to the death of Americans.

Trump said he's settled 8 wars.

Here's a reality check:
A) No you didn't.
B) Americans are dying in another imperial & completely avoidable war of choice that you just started.

Kristi Noem's DHS spent $220 MILLION of your taxpayer dollars on a TV advertisement that features Noem.

But the grift doesn't stop there.

The DHS Assistant Secretary husband's company won part of the contract.

This self-enriching agency continues to breach public trust.

Kristi Noem said there were "no plans" to have ICE officers at polling locations.

But she would not explicitly say that DHS has ruled it out.

Voter intimidation is illegal.

If ICE is at our polls - it will be a federal crime.

The bedroom on the DHS private jet is nicer than the bedrooms in many working Americans' homes.

This is an unnecessary, disgusting misuse of our taxpayer dollars.

There is no feasible explanation as to why ANY public official would need this level of luxury.

Noem's ICE has violated over 200 court orders in the last two months.

This lack of compliance is unprecedented and dangerous.

The courts are forcing DHS to comply because Noem thinks she only has to follow the rulings "when they apply."

Noem is not above the law.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is dangerous.

Her DHS is killing American citizens, authorizing warrantless home invasions, and violently targeting peaceful protesters.

In today's hearing, Senators must press Noem on her violent and lawless agency.

Trump doesn’t care that his own White House tried to backtrack on his loony idea to “nationalize” our elections because he keeps repeating it.

The man wants to undermine our democracy and “take over” voting.

When Trump makes authoritarian threats, believe him!

Tesla made $5.7 BILLION in 2025.

It paid $0 in federal income tax.

This is the SECOND year in a row that the company paid zero income tax despite making a massive profit.

The system is rigged.

Trump has launched a war of aggression on Iran without congressional approval.

The man who has dubbed himself worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize has started yet another deadly & avoidable regime change war.

Congress must act now to end this illegal & unconstitutional aggression.

Trump's new plan for the Affordable Care Act could increase family deductibles to $31,000.

Millions of Americans already struggle to afford insurance in our broken health care system.

Trump's plan screws over the most vulnerable Americans.

The Pentagon wants to use Anthropic AI for killer robots & mass surveillance.

Anthropic said no.

The Pentagon then threatened to label Anthropic a risk if it doesn't comply.

This is Black Mirror-level dystopia, and it has to stop!

Oracle founder Larry Ellison & his son are set to own Paramount.

In addition to Paramount they'll own CNN, HBO, TikTok, CBS, and Warner Bros.

The media is being consolidated into the hands of a few Trump friendly billionaires.

We're living in a world where supermarkets are doing more than the government to reign in AI.

What the hell.

Fossil fuel companies have received almost $549 BILLION in tax breaks since 1918.

That's nearly 3x as much as wind and solar have received.
For more than 100 years, the federal government has rigged the market in favor of Big Oil.

Disgusting.

Mets is prepared to spend $65 MILLION this election cycle to push its pro-AI agenda.

Their main goal?

To stop legislation that prevents AI development.

Which is code for "stop legislators from regulating the industry because it puts less money into Big Tech's pockets."

Trump's proposed EO is a deeply worrying sign that his administration may interfere with the upcoming midterm elections.

The administration has NO authority to do such a thing, particularly on the basis of a fabricated emergency.

During his campaign, Trump explicitly promised that every Americans' utility bill would be cut in half.

What he actually delivered? A failed, incoherent energy policy that forces American families to prop up expensive coal plants while burying them under rising costs.

Casey Means, Trump's Surgeon General nominee, refuses to say that health care is a human right.

And on top of that - she doesn't have a medical license.

Congress must not confirm this unqualified “wellness” influencer to be Surgeon General.

We have sued the Trump admin 33 times (and counting) since Trump was inaugurated.

And we're not slowing down.

The Trump administration is not above the law.

We will continue to fight against this administration's attacks on our democracy.

Sen. Murphy called out Surgeon General nominee Casey Means for not properly disclosing that she has received payments for promoting certain health products.

Rather than defend herself, Means attacked the Senator's staff.

This isn't surprising, but it's pretty damning.

We filed an FTC complaint against Casey Means for not consistently disclosing that she has received payments for promoting WeNatal.

Sen. Murphy brought this conflict of interest to light.

Congress must not confirm this wellness influencer as Surgeon General.

HHS led by RFK Jr. and Casey Means would be a serious threat to public health.
