Our promise for the NEC is to build a nationwide electoral program that will raise 250k for local and federal races; encourage programmatic unity and democratic discipline; and cohere a socialist opposition to the genocidal ruling class. We intend to fulfill that promise.

Curtis R is a current Steering member of the National Electoral Committee. On the body, Curtis focused on the Endorsements subcommittee, leading revisions of the endorsement process and materials. He was a field lead during the Zohran campaign and Jonathan Soto for Assembly.

Chanpreet S is the co-chair of the Seattle EWG, the other co-chair of the NEC Operations Subcommittee, and created and launched Socialist Cash. His organizing experience includes Raise the Wage Renton, Shaun Scott for State Assembly and community support for Punjabi immigrants.

Morgan R is the co-chair of the NEC Operations Subcommittee, which handles fundraising and communications for nationally endorsed candidates. In Cleveland, she has served as chapter Secretary and successfully organized to enshrine abortion rights in Ohio.

We have removed the recommendation to vote No on R45: Voting Rights for All Members from our voter guide. We recommended a No vote because the original text of the resolution had language which could inadvertently ban live voting at chapter meetings, the authors have fixed it.
