honestly first thing I will do once I’m done moving is get a new haircut because although it’s only been three months since my last one, those locks are all over the place again. the perks of having hair that grows double the normal speed

can’t wait to climb over this hill and start over. gotta make myself my number one priority again and take care of myself. just two more weeks before the reset.

Oh was I blessed by the flea market gods today! I’m trying not to buy much atm (still, flea markets are such a habit) but I could not pass up on a beautiful Navajo necklace + ring and vintage adibreak shorts that actually match the vest I already had

At least I managed to get a Moomin Day mug today, yay! And some letter mugs for my niece and nephew for Christmas bc shipping from that shop now has gotten so expensive to Germany, I might as well get not just one mug because that feels a bit wasteful.

It’s been three years now. and sometimes it still hurts way too much.

My dad wasn’t always great with words. He wasn’t easy to live with sometimes. But what he was lacking at, he would communicate with food. Maybe that’s why this means so much to me. It’s the last thing I have that he actively made for me to have. And I’ll never eat it because I simply can’t.

I still keep two jars of applesauce my father cooked in the fridge and just realised I should probably toss them now that I’m moving… not that I shouldn’t have done that way earlier but I can’t bring myself to do it. They’re like ghosts that remind me of what was.

the (fake) labubus have officially arrived at the flea market. full force. and it’s actually sad to see so much trash produced in the name of consumerism. no front to peeps who genuinely like them but the bottom line is where there’s a hype, there’s an abyss full of soon to be discarded things.
