Hatch Act. You can’t use government owned property for partisan purposes (although during Trump I it was done constantly). Every election period Fed employees are warned they can’t use any govt equipment (phones, computers, vehicles or work time etc) to engage in ANY political speech or action.

It breaks my heart.
