Well, an acquaintance who relies on the ACA marketplace for insurance just received a notice explaining that their fee for coverage will be rising. Right now they pay $180 a month. The new price?

$2733.15 a month.

Exactly what I have been thinking about all these people saying everything is ok. Usually they're the ones with the jobs.

I keep seeing members of the media on BlueSky saying "the labor market is fine," and dude, I just dropped food off at the Food Bank this week and the labor market is NOT fine. You're just too comfortable to realize it.
