I am changing my usual more passive approach to disagreement. These are unbelievably dangerous times, and dangerous times call for rebellion.
I think we are going to have a Democratic-controlled Senate.
And all we will need for the leadership of that Democratic Senate to do is hold actual, real, impeachment trials.
As the Constitution requires.

I spent the morning at the DOJ looking at the unredacted Epstein files. Here are my initial thoughts and what I’ve found, so far.
Believe the survivors. They have been telling us who is in the files for nearly 20 years.
It really is that simple.
This is the FBI’s list of “Prominent Names” it was tracking in the Epstein Case. This list appears in this slide show, FBI email correspondence, and FBI tip sheets — all of which I saw unredacted today. Believe the survivors.

Pam Bondi has been a complete and total failure at her job. The Epstein survivors showed more courage just by being in that room than she did under oath. She refused to answer questions and chose complicity.
America deserves better.
I’ve watched a lot of congressional hearings over the last 40 years. This performance by Bondi is the single most unprofessional, non-responsive, reprehensible and obnoxious I have ever seen from any witness who has testified before any committee of either chamber.
