The TLTC has released Episode 5 of the Innovate and Educate podcast. Listen in as I talk with 3 faculty members about "What EdTech can faculty use to create accessible content and support student success? - Part 2." I enjoyed the conversation, and I hope you will, too! innovateandeducate.podbean.com
I want to share an episode of our Teaching, Learning, and Technology Center's Innovate and Educate podcast focused on accessibility. Thank you, @higheredid.bsky.social, for leading me through the process. I hosted episode four, which was released this past week. innovateandeducate.podbean.com
This sounds very interesting.
I was director of Ed Tech for several years in NJ. Nice to make your acquaintance!
Do you use TiLT in your assignments? It’s aimed at #HigherEd but I am sure it can give insight to 6-12 teachers too I’ve been tinkering this weekend. #EduSky

I want to celebrate passing my comprehensive exam! Next up...writing a dissertation proposal (and defending it), getting through dissertation 1, and moving on to the IRB. #EduSky
I’m looking forward to the AI in Education Summit today. Planning on going to the leadership track sessions. #EduSky
Agreed. @emollick.bsky.social’s newsletter is one of the few that I open when is pops up in my inbox #EduSky #HigherEd
I just bookmarked The Present Professor. Sounds interesting.
Here we go: S'Mores, Santa, Fireworks and More
I’m on the other side of the country. I am about 6 miles from a port lol - now I have to see what I can learn 😊
It is interesting that you ask. I heard the same last night. It seemed like a long fireworks spectacular. Maybe a December holiday gathering in town?
This is so true. I was just telling someone the best of these spaces is that it’s like having hundreds of researchers working on my behalf. Those I follow surface the best ideas!
The 2.0 standards are still there. My take on all things is that, as instructional designers, coaches, or fill-in-the-blanks the best we can do is bring awareness and suggest educators try one thing and make it a practice. I am still learning everyday. I have been in education since 2002.
I didn't read this yet, but plan to this weekend. #HigherEd instructional designers and #EduSky instructional coaches may be interested in this research into course design and student engagement and perceptions of course quality.
Please add me. Former K12 now higher ed and doing digital literacy/digital equity research oroannm.bsky.social
Our Teaching, Learning, and Technology Center released the third episode of the Innovate and Educate podcast with show notes: www.shu.edu/technology/p.... Ideas are showcased from three different disciplines across the university. #EduSky #HigherEd
I am happy to say I have an intermediate statistics final on Tuesday and that’s the semester. I am celebrating by cleaning my desk area. How do you celebrate the end of the semester? # EduSky
Steve Miller Band…loved that album!
For conferences I carry a lot. On a Daily basis I limit it to the laptop and charger. The back thanks me.
I will take a closer look. I have been writing a paper all day and you’ve given me some nice breaks.
I’m seeing a sudden uptick in old connections moving to this platform. Perhaps we are hitting a tipping point. I straddle elementary and higher education friends. Nice to meet you. I had the pleasure of walking through your campus during my vacation last summer.
Yes. There is a lot to consider when reading the book. We're still working on the big ideas for the podcast toward the end of the spring semester.
Is your work as an Albert Einstein Distinguished Educator Fellow full-time? What do you do there? It sounds very interesting. Thanks for sharing the images. That's twice in a couple of days that I say @wferriter.bsky.social image here on #EduSky. :)
I’ve used both but SAMR made simple sense. The more you know the better. I was surprised about it from the research base. For the last four years I have been using TPCK.
I was just looking for research about SAMR and was surprised that Puentadura did follow up with research but his blog is not very robust with additional information.
If I can just unzip and get out of this fleece.
Edmodo lol
I help with Canvas at my uni. DM me if you are stuck with something.
Think different! It’s good to see your posts again. 😊
