So the title is Shuffled; Paradoxe because I wanted to keep an element of its previous title in it (Paradoxical Gateway) and it reflects Dystopian chaos as well as a term used for cards

Speaking of cards; I want to be able to decide which picture of the rose bean is the best for custom card prints, like those idol lomo cards.

I'm going to frame it in those cute artist frames I have been eyeing! 🥰 I am not putting og cards for display like that (though I'm tempted to)

I can't believe I fell for that... I used to giggle when people said they pinched to zoom on paper or cardboard

This is old art from 2022, but I wanted to post it as well since I did post Tierra the other day! I just realised I should have posted this for Halloween or so. 🤭

She should not have gone to Salmon Run without the proper gear...

A redraw of that one infamous scene in Madoka Magica. This is my Splatoon OC Tierra, an inkling, during Salmon Run! And this was in the point of view from the jaws of a Cohozuna (King Salmonid); although it would have been more appropriate if it were a Horrorboros. This was drawn before the Horrorboros was even released, so... Tierra is evidently horrified as she awaits her fate in front of the giant King Salmonid in front of her.

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:

A lot of times, I work with shapes (and guidelines to hold them all together)! It makes them feel more solid and coherent that way.

Here is how I often draw chests; it can be summed up as squares vs teardrops! (Featuring Axel and Maria from my OC project)

I was debating against reposting this because I did not feel confident that my art skills stood out enough to be learned from.

But I would love to share what I have learned so far! If anybody has a question, I will do my best to answer. 🙏

THIS. Frustration tolerance is the key to getting good at anything at all, not just art. Socials media makes it so easy to compare yourself to others, but you just have to ignore that and have fun with your little drawings. Do it enough and you'll eventually get better through trial and error.
