That makes sense, yeah. I don't think I personally have anyone outside of the fandom I'd feel comfortable showing this world. It would probably just scare them a bit.

Oh yeah, agreed. That should absolutely be kept away from them. That's where the boundary between them knowing what furries are, and what being a furry is in that context. They'd understand a lot more if they were the latter.

It's strange because it's very different if the co-worker knows what a furry is, and also maybe is a furry themselves. I'm guessing anyone in art would at the very least know what a furry is. They haven't talked to you about it? haha
