Interesting that there's no mention of Bill who, unlike Clara, River & Amy, doesn't seem to match that template of the assertive, sexually dominant, emotionally detached "ideal" of a female character. It feels like Moffat writes Bill with a sense of vulnerability & awkwardness, esp in the Pilot.
