Along with this, make voting ranked choice for all possible state reps. And assign the top ten choices to random “districts “ every few months. I’m after a way for reps to represent their state not a handful of donors in each district.

Why base congressional districts on geography? Base them on population alphabetically. A state has a million people, so each of ten districts are 100,000 people organized alphabetically by last name from a list of the states taxpayers. That way the electorate is evenly dispersed among the reps.

Maybe if you called customer service they could help with either request?
