Very true he did say that. We were struggling at the start and couldn't deal with the way City were set up and we were lucky not to be losing at half-time. Last season substitutions were made around the 55th - 60th minute, but now they are later. Does he not trust the bench? #LFC

So very true, had we signed Guehi in August we would not be in the position we are now, this is down to FSG. #LFC

We have really missed Diaz, but another example of the club wanting to move people on who want to leave.

Just struggling to keep hold of the game when we're in the lead. Man City have been awful in the 2nd half of games recently, but hey managed to score 3 goals. Felt like we just ran out of ideas towards the end of the game.

You can’t have subjective officiating at all. Has to be black and white which is way VAR was introduced. Too much subjectivity from the referees is actually making him inconsistent across the fixtures and regardless of what people say, it never balances itself out over the season.

We just can’t see games out.

It was a situation I’ve never seen before, but it was the correct decision.

So biased to anything other than Liverpool. Really rate Joe Hart as a pundit though.

Overall it was a really good game. Just so disappointing we lost.
