Another half, another shocking preformance. Surely Slot needs to tweak things by now, we struggle to get any foot hold in the game atm, nothing is clicking and multiple players are way off it! #LFC #Redsky #ynwa

We're actually shocking atm. Nothing works, defence is a shambles, midfield isn't clicking and our attack has gone missing. The press is awful as well... Wtf is going on with them?! #LFC #Redsky #ynwa

Yeah it's never gonna go past theory you're right. He will start Isak, and because of Caicedo, I reckon he'll start Szobo in the 10 as well, with Gakpo out wide

04.10.2025 13:58 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

That's fair, he's just not at the levels yet, wich is only natural with the summer he had. And of course, at some point he needs to start enough games to get back his rythm. But on the back of our last couple of games, I would start the players with the most legs and intensity atm, just my opinion

04.10.2025 12:45 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Would go for the same back 4, Grav + Szobo in the pivot, Macca in the 10 on Caicedo (also his passing closer to goal) Salah and Gakpo on the flanks with Wirtz as a false 9. Wirtz dropping deep to give Salah and Gack better conditions in the channels. Just my opinion

04.10.2025 12:35 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

Weird, I watched all our pre season games... And I definately remember him playing as a false 9. But hey, I don't actually care, I would still go for it.

04.10.2025 12:28 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

No, not really. Simply because he was played there quite a bit in pre season, and actually I feel that might have been some of his best performances for us so far. And as well, he's quite weak in duels, but so have Chelsea's CB's been this season, and him against Caicedo instead in the 10 ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

04.10.2025 11:02 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 1    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 1    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

.. better conditions for the likes of Salah and Gakpo in the channels. Gakpo on the left as a potential out ball with his phsycality, and Szobo and Grav as 6/8's to deal with the half spaces/channels at the back, wich has been a real problem for us so far.

04.10.2025 10:26 โ€” ๐Ÿ‘ 0    ๐Ÿ” 0    ๐Ÿ’ฌ 0    ๐Ÿ“Œ 0

I Would put this team out for several reasons. Macca in the 10 because of cancelling out Caicedo who he knows well, getting his brilliant passing closer to goal as well. Wirtz as a false 9 to pull out defenders who is getting easily pulled out of position so far this season, and that might give...

This won't go down well I think, but here's the team I'd put out against Cheatski tonight:

Mamardashvili

Bradley Konate VVD Robbo

Grav. Szobo

Salah Macca. Gakpo

Wirtz

Two world maps (panels A and B) display the global impact of USAID health funding and its estimated effect on mortality between 2001 and 2021.

Panel A (Top Map):
Title: "USAID disbursement (in quartile)"

This map shows countries shaded in four shades of purple based on the quartile of USAID health disbursements received from 2001 to 2021.

Darker purple (quartile 4) represents the highest levels of USAID disbursement, while lighter purple (quartile 1) represents the lowest levels.

Countries in sub-Saharan Africa, such as Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, are shaded in the darkest purple, indicating they received the most funding.

Some countries in Latin America, South Asia, and Eastern Europe are shaded in lighter purples.

Grey-colored countries (e.g., China, Russia, Western Europe, and parts of Oceania) are not recipients of USAID funding and are excluded from the analysis.

Panel B (Bottom Map):
Title: "Deaths prevented by USAID, 2001โ€“21 (%)"

This map shows the estimated percentage of deaths prevented due to USAID health assistance, with countries shaded in various tones of blue to green.

Darker blue represents a higher percentage of deaths prevented (up to 18%), while light green represents lower estimated prevention rates (~5%).

Sub-Saharan African countries again show the most notable impact, with many shaded in medium to dark blue, indicating substantial mortality reduction.

Countries in Latin America, South Asia, and Southeast Asia show moderate impact (light blue to green), while much of Europe, East Asia, and North America are greyed out or show minimal/no impact due to lack of USAID engagement.

Color Scales:

Panel A uses a 4-point purple scale for USAID funding quartiles.

Panel B uses a gradient from green to dark blue representing 5% to 18% of deaths prevented.

The Trump regime looked at these maps and thought that it's totally okay to defund USAID and kill 14 million people over the next 5 years (including 4.5 million children under five) because they're not white. Trump apparently also deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.

Yeah it's kinda awesome at it's best, gruelling at it's worst during storms and the winter at times. But hey, can't complain. At least we don't live in the US ๐Ÿคช Just mostly driven thru parts of the netherlands sadly, short lay over somewhere far up north driving back from Bruges 10 years ago.

.. general weather, and as storms (we're expecting our first autumn storm this evening actually) is somewhat draining at times. But when it's good, it's very good. But everywhere will have it's plusses and drawbacks I guess. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I will definately take your word for it! ๐Ÿ˜† Yeah if you're fond of hills, then Norway is certainly the right place. We have enough of them for sure. But yeah, it's a beautiful country, I live on the west coast. Born and raised in Bergen (hence Brann), but now live near ร…lesund further north. Wind..

Haha, I would scream on his and my own behalf ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜‚ Would probably pass out in the bobsled me, get easily travel sick as well if I'm not driving myself, so could be a painful moment for anyone involved ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜†

๐Ÿ˜‚ You would'nt catch me anywhere near either the bobsled thing or the ski jump hill. Especially the ski jump hill with my fear of hights. Yeah, agree on the fair play thing as well, don't think being nasty and horrible should be applauded.

Yeah, I remember those days where we had those clashes in speedscating as well. ๐Ÿ˜Š Yeah, as you said, normally our teams play fair. But ironically, it's been kinda held against our teams as one of the things that's kept us from achieving more than we've done. Been "too nice" according to many.

... some reason (losing on pens, doesn't officially count as a loss for some moronic reason). One of my clubs biggest achievement, was actually knocking out PSV out of the old UEFA cup, back in 96'. When PSV had some truly immense players, we lost to Liverpool the leg after ๐Ÿ˜‰

Then there was almost even more reason for your family to be angry with my team Brann. A couple of seasons ago, we only lost too AZ Alkmaar on pens in the Conference League qualifyer ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜‚ (knocked out Go Ahead Eagles last year as well). We've never actually officially lost against a dutch team for...

Hehe, well I can relate in general when it comes to football. I get angry and frustrated beyond reason as well quite often. Tell him it's 17 years since we last were in the group stages of a european comp, maybe he'll let me have this one! ๐Ÿ˜‚

My domestic team SK Brann, beat your guy Jans team Utrecht today. So I can't complain about that part, even tho I feel Feyernoord got hard done by against Villa after that first half display. What the refs thought they saw on that Ueda goal I'll never know!

Well fuck me twice, and three times on tuesdays... What the actual fuck are we doing out on the pitch this season? We've been fucking awful, AGAIN this half! I'm must say, I'm getting pretty fed up with watching us playing utter shit at this point. They all need to wake up! #LFC #Redsky #ynwa

This reminds me of the 3-0 loss away to Wolves under Klopp a couple of years ago. Some of the worst performance I've seen from a Liverpool side for a long long time. Just simply a shitshow of a first half! #LFC #Redsky #ynwa

Don't mind starting Wirtz out on the left once in a while in general. Just personally find it a bit weird against Palace, who has Munoz as one of their biggest threats on that side. If you want to get the best out of Wirtz from the left, then Kerkez should bomb on, but against Palace ๐Ÿ˜ฌ #LFC #Redsky

Agreed. Even with having success at West Ham, either he will be let down by the recruitment and/or being hounded out by ungrateful West Ham fans by playing "boring football", at some point in the future.

So.. I truly feel Nuno is the sensible choice for the West Ham job (looking to be the case soon). But the choice to get rid of Moyes to play better football has taken yet a big blow now hasn't it? #WHU leadership looks more and more confused. #LFC #Redsky #ynwa
