Old machines are the best. Sometimes I prefer my featherweight over my other machines! Don’t forget to give it some oil.

I just agreed to make a wedding dress…🫠 honestly I’m glad someone has something to celebrate. Time to bust out all the antiques eyelet and lace!

My trusty shark iron just died and I replaced with a Black& Decker. So far I’m pretty happy with it but find I get a lot of static electricity and the fabric sticks to the plate. (I dry iron most of the time)

Taught my first handled broom making class of the year. It was wonderful to spend 5 hours sharing skills and knowledge. Only ancient technology and community. I always forget how exhausting and rewarding teaching can be.
