I guess he gave up on the idea of getting the Nobel Peace Prize.
In all cases, lives are about to be upended, and dreams destroyed. If you are saddened and outraged, please contact your elected officials.
In this household, our worst case scenario would mean the end of my husband's 27 years with NPS. A slightly less awful scenario (for us) would mean the firing of many of his hardworking employees and/or many of the higher ups in the regional or Washington offices.
Nobody has any idea how many hard working folks are going to lose their jobs or when to expect those cuts, but the assumption is that the firings will be imminent, as the decisions were already made back in April/May.
Keep federal workers in your thoughts and prayers. Due to the Supreme Court's decision yesterday, our brief reprieve from the scheduled massive Reduction in Force (RIF) is over.
Nooooooo! That makes me so sad.
What polite bullying.
So it’s official! We hate the rest of the world (as well as ourselves)
Such good news!
We just wanted to take a moment to thank all our new supporters! Tomorrow, there will be more of us!
I may not always share the same beliefs or opinions as my neighbors, but I inherently value keeping my relationships with them positive. I have benefitted many times from having a good neighbor nearby. My question to Trump: WHY ARE YOU WORKING SO HARD TO MAKE US SUCH A TERRIBLE NEIGHBOR?
2/2 reflective of the pathetic attempt to rename this wonderful body of water as seen in this piece of trash souvenir t-shirt seen in a local shop.
Well, I guess it’s a good think I’ve been taking daily pics of the GULF OF MEXICO this week. This dull and boring sunrise picture of the GULF OF MEXICO was taken at the EXACT same time as the others from our trip. I’m sure it only due to the change of weather today, but maybe it’s more…
The penultimate sunrise of our spring break on the beautiful GULF OF MEXICO. Fun fact: The GULF OF MEXICO is both an oceanic basin and a marginal sea of the Atlantic Ocean.
A calm and sparkling morning on the beautiful GULF OF MEXICO. Fun fact: The name GULF OF MEXICO originates from the Spanish colonial era, when European explorers named the body of water after the "Mexica" people (Aztecs) who inhabited the region around present-day Mexico.
A dramatic and stormy sunrise on the beautiful GULF OF MEXICO this morning. Fun fact: This body of water has been called the GULF OF MEXICO for almost five hundred years!
Another beautiful sunrise over the GULF OF MEXICO this morning at 7:01. Fun fact: Did you know that Mexico has more miles of coastline on the GULF OF MEXICO than any other country in the world?
Another beautiful sunset on the wonderful GULF OF MEXICO. Fun fact: Across this body of water lies the country of MEXICO.
Another beautiful sunrise on the legendary GULF OF MEXICO. The surf is a little rougher and the sun returned one minute earlier at 7:02am. I am so grateful to be able to enjoy the GULF OF MEXICO on this trip.
I won’t tell you how it ends. lol.

Enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on the amazing GULF OF MEXICO this morning at 7:03.
I assure you, these employees already communicate very regularly with their supervisors about exactly what they are working on. This is harassment and intimidation. Are you aware that they are having to cite which piece of federal legislation each of their bullet points directly supports?
And in case you aren’t aware, employees have to cite which Federal laws their bullet points (work) are directly supporting.
Our first sunset of Isabel’s spring break on the beautiful GULF OF MEXICO. I think I might just post a little something EVERY DAY from the beautiful GULF OF MEXICO.
I think it’s time to make a more deliberate effort to transition to using this account. I’ve tried using less social media lately, but these times are so challenging and my trust is so low right now.
Glad to be getting started here and finding my people. Does this thing come with an instruction manual? JK.
