I have to confess, it makes a compelling argument.

Basically just aglio e olio with added broccoli for some extra nutrition. Easy as hell and one of my favorites; I can get 3-4 meals out of it, too.
You may say an entire bulb of garlic is too much. I say it's perfect. Sometimes I'll even use two.

-Any kind pasta
-Broccoli
-1 head garlic
-Olive oil
-Red pepper flakes
-Parmesan (optional)
Chop broccoli into small pieces and mince garlic. While pasta is cooking, saute broccoli and garlic in plenty of olive oil with red pepper flakes. Drain pasta, toss it all together, optionally add parmesan.
