Term limits limit institutional knowledge and equals chaos. Age limits maybe. Campaign finance laws and back to ‘90s (as best they can) CDs would mean more contested elections not simply predetermined R or D districts.

And I HOPE someone is lurking in wings like in ‘07 no one yet knows nationally.
