I might, though I'm also the stubborn type who refuses to take anything when I can avoid it, aha..

My muscles are all aching and my eye still hurts a bit too, but I don't feel feverish or anything.. human bodies are very weird..

Update: my eye still hurts and the migraine still lingers, but my left eye isn't completely bloodshot anymore so maybe it's getting better

Between waking up feeling like I was burning up and having a heart attack, and spending the rest of the day with a migraine the moment I get out of bed, today was not a good feeling day for me.. going to try to sleep it off now and hope it gets better tomorrow..

Update: They're still evil

Disconnected from everything for a bit with an ice pack to my head/neck, still felt like throwing up, so I just sat in a bath for an hour and felt kind of better.. until I got out and now it's right back.. gotta force myself to make dinner at least

Migraines are still an evil, evil thing

I made the mistake of watching a stream/movie the moment I woke up and once again suffer a migraine for it

On the plus side, I got to rewatch The Man Who Stole the Sun, and it was still good

A variety of heckmas I made for a funtastic little project

I still keep waking up early, today with a lot of chest discomfort.. google tells me these are normalish side effects that'll fade after a couple weeks, but still concerning..

(I also made it so that opening Dolphin spawns a GameCube controller in my hand and opening SAI2 spawns a pen, as well as the VNyan camera automatically changing whenever the scene is changed, I feel like there's more I can do though.. I should also learn SAMMI someday maybe..)

It's also a good excuse to take more breaks so I can show off more fanart (and of course if you think I've forgotten your fanart or if you want your fanart not shown then don't be afraid to contact me either, I want to show all the arts people are comfortable with showing..)

Did some OBS housecleaning tonight and got more stuff working.. Advanced Scene Switcher is good (also I'm very happy that OBS fixed the whole "slideshows using folders only selects a few random images and not all of them")

Looking at all the nyan fanart I've received makes me happy....

Which essentially states that "if I don't work over 20 hours a week I lose food stamps/Medicaid", which I only work around 12-16 hours for half the year.. unless Twitch counts then hey more motivation to stream more

Not to mention me depending on a subsidized apartment.. Money is a scary thing..

Not to be too doomer but I am a bit concerned about my life situation..

I got a notice about my food stamps saying they're going to take them away if I don't use them this month, because I haven't used them in nine months allegedly..? (I use them regularly)

And then there's the 20+ work hour law..

Then while trying to grab them back, she accidentally eats one and reveals the lavender was actually roses..? And then I woke up

Rook was for some reason very autistic in my dream.. also in my head I was criticizing them adding Pete/Maleficent like that

And Pete was stealing all their jewelry..

At the beach, Rook was heartbroken over losing his mementos, including a water bottle and lavender.. Someone alerts him to the flowers placed on a graveyard on the beach, and he immediately snatches them back and gets yelled at by some lady..

Had a Rook-centric TW dream today.. the boys were at a pool party, and Vil was chastising Rook for his apparel.. but then Rook jingled his bracelet and it clicked with Vil that it was some kind of memento, so he allowed it..

And then KH Pete and Maleficent somehow teleported them all to a beach..?

Also meds update: I think they're working.. possibly.. I do feel less negative lately and I'm streaming again so that's good

The only downside I've noticed is my sleep.. I switched to taking my meds in the morning, but I still keep waking up after four hours and can't fall back asleep easily

I managed to get my brb screen working again in OBS, now I can have an image slideshow with a text source crediting them fairly easily~

I should design a proper overlay for it too..

(I'm a nyan named Nyra and I play games sometimes and draw stuff sometimes and ramble a lot and am a weird soft-spoken nyan-like creature)

Sleep a mess lately and still in bed...

Short stream soonishh (and then check out GPool's channel tonight for a special nyan guest appearance on FF7~)

My biggest gripe though would be the clunkier controls- turning into a ball felt very awkward for some reason compared to NES..?

However the movement options blew my mind, the moment I got Spider Ball everything changed and then they kept adding more and more, really good upgrades

It feels like it improved many of my gripes with the NES Metroid (HP mainly), though the limited color palette made it a lot harder for me to recognize locations. Good game, not too difficult, mostly fighting Metroids and trying to replenish resources to fight more Metroids.

I have to be up in seven hours but I beat Metroid 2 in one stream without a map/guide (chat did help me with a few things and I did use a save state before the final boss for time convenience but otherwise a fairly pure blind playthrough~)

Though I did miss a couple missile upgrades..

Now that Takopi's over, what if I had Asano Inio movie nights on discord sometime in the future...

Solanin, A Girl on the Shore, Downfall, and Dead Dead Demons... I've read all of them but have only seen Solanin (which was very good)
