FWIW, as someone who has used both bus and bike a lot, I find bus drivers and cyclists generally interact well on the Metro corridors. Bus drivers will always give you space, cyclists usually get out of the way if needed. Everyone gets it. Not so the taxi, who is a slave to the clock and the meter.
