Halfbody Doodle of my OC's Cid and Em. They are both wearing their winter jackets. Em is hiding inside of Cid's jacket with her head peeking out and hands holding onto his jacket. An offscreen voice yells "Em get outta there!" Em shouts back "Fuck no! Its cold as hell!"

I really hate the cold. But I also love these 2 in their winter outfits. And thus a doodle was born, to cheer myself up.

I… actually really struggle with mouths sometimes, but more so teeth. Just because I had drawn mouths super simple for a loooong time. So when I do my softer shading, I try to put in a little more detail.

Don’t worry about “not being good enough” or not “having skills in x, y, and z.”

Had that been what stopped me, I would have never started learning backgrounds, coloring/shading/lighting, dynamic posing…

So just go for it. I believe in you.

(This is one of the things I actually focused a lot on when running sessions). Small successes and small wins are still wins.

It’s not easy :( I had to start small. When I got into journaling during Covid, my daily entries had 3 negatives and 1 positive (to start), and I eventually had 3 positives, 1 negative. It forced me to find things, no matter how small, to find success in (even if it was “took meds today.”)

So I’ve done a lot of art with Forseth, and not enough with Haseo (his twin brother lol).

Haseo is a very gentle, very soft individual, contrary to Forseth’s gruff and grumpy personality. He’s the first one to defend his brother, tho. #theelementals #someonetowatchoverme

Forseth is quite smart! He’s just not good at expressing his emotions very well or talking with people. Crissa is really good with seeing the type of healing one needs.

Keits is REALLY good when it comes to medicines and stuff (he’s technically an apothecary), and Brek knows a lot about blood.

Uuuugh yeah it’s a scam. It’s freaky when you get messages that are like “I have something I need to tell you.” When they asked if I had other profiles, I was like “uhm.” And then when they asked for my discord, I was like “…why. That’s not something i give out freely.” They couldn’t answer.
