Plenty of guests at @amjunek.bsky.social’s wedding had to get back in time to preach the mysterious grace of the Three-in-One and One-in-Three. Most of them weren’t traveling from Texas to Seattle

For a little context here: Christ Church put forward a zoning request to open a shelter for unhoused people - I think it was like 12 beds. The local government of Toms River is responding by trying to eminent domain the church and turn it into a pickleball court

I reached out to the Rt. Rev. C Andrew Doyle of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, which appears to be her diocese.

He told me he was concerned about govt "policing our sermons."
