Those innocent children, and the suffering they will endure because of this. My heart is breaking for them, when will this stop, punishing the vulnerable. So incredibly cruel and sad.

My thoughts exactly, beating a woman is not serious, seriously 😳 Women it’s always a good time to stand up for each other, we are stronger together. We are half of our world population, that’s a lot of women, we can do this!!!

I want equality for all of us!!!!

Kicking Horse coffee expensive here in New Brunswick. Makes me wonder now if it’s a Sobey’s markup and not the company that makes KH.

Kicking Horse Coffee from beautiful British Columbia is great coffee! Prices have remained stable. Why buy bulk cans of imported crappy coffee. #kickinghorse

As someome who personally survived the intergenerational effects of residential school in a family, today is a hard day for me. I appreciate the public awareness but it brings up so much sadness.

We’ll be closed on Tuesday in recognition of the 5th National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. In his new book 52 Ways to Reconcile, David A. Robertson’s second suggestion is to Start an Indigenous Book Club and we’ve shared some suggestions here

Thank you for sharing this, it is vital for women to know, and I will be reposting this message every time I see it. Enough women, and children have suffered from stupidity, and ignorance.

Thank you.
I'm in multiple SCAD education groups, and a huge theme among women survivors is that they're amazed that they had a heart attack, because they don't see themselves as at risk - many exercise daily, eat healthy foods, don't smoke, etc. We need lots more public education about the subject!

Half of Heart Attacks in Younger Women Aren't From Clogged Arteries Traditionally, most heart attacks have been blamed on clogged arteries causing atherothrombosis – where blood clots block flow to the heart.

Women's heart attacks often don't look like men's, & they're often caused by very different things. In women, myocardial infarction often isn't due to high cholesterol & plaque at all. (My arteries were clear!)

More than anything, Mark Carney needs to lower the boom on the provinces in terms of making them spend their federal funds appropriately, and if they don't, withhold those funds and *publicly* make those provinces own their underfunding of social programs.

Name and shame, baby. Name and shame.

Please remember that I suggested we wait until the end of the Calgary Stampede, when we'll see the result of packing that many measles-infected children together in one place, and watch the spread as all those diseased little cretins get onto crowded airplanes to return home.

I agree. I learned about their program back not long after it began. I met a young man online who had entered their program and he was successful with getting off drugs and finding steady employment. He turned his life around. Got a bike, started eating well and exercising. Healthy and content.
