It was interesting to hear so many variations of data & AI conversations. The big takeaway, everybody is taking AI but there is still a long way to go.

Yesterday, Nebula & Elements Cloud hosted customers on Level 50 of 8 Bishopsgate in London to discuss AI & Agentforce. It was great having so many customers with us & openly discussing the topic
The question is, do we now hold the record for the highest Agentforce presentation in EMEA so far?
These are mainly external. E.g. answering questions without needing to answer a case, performing basic tasks that would previously needed to be done manually. The aim being trying to stop as many cases being created by resolving them 1st
So far we have primarily been working on reducing cases by handling the smaller stuff before a human needs to get involved.
Data cloud is set up as although you don't need it to power the data for your agent you do need it for some features to work. It is mainly being used for unstructured data.
Agentforce has been a massive part of my role over the past few months, so I am excited to share that this morning, I passed my AI Specialist exam.
It was a nice step up from the associate exam, taking the key principles and how they are used in a Salesforce context.
