Republicans have had 15 YEARS to show their work on healthcare and yet they remain stuck on “concepts of a plan.”

The shipwrecked men who survived the first U.S. strike on September 2nd were clinging to their burning boat for survival and had no radio and no means to fire back. Firing on them again is illegal under both U.S. and international law.
