I am not sure from the pics if the gills get colored by spores or just from aging/drying. They seems to me getting somewhat reddish pink and if that was a case it might be some Pluteus sp. But I can be completely wrong here.

H. fasciculare can grow on conifers as well, it's rather that H. capnoides grows (almost?) exclusively on conifers. They differ in color with H. fasciculare being more yellow but sometimes it can mimic H. capnoides so you want to check the color of gills or taste a bit without swallowing it.
I'd say at least the genus seems right. It would be good to see gills, it might be Hypholoma fasciculare or possibly H. capnoides if there were conifers.

I think that's actually Exidia, if from America it should be Exidia crenata.
I think with all the yellow on the second pic it's probably some kind of Stereum, often called false turkey tail. The difference is that Trametes versicolor has white underside with pores while Stereum has usually yellow smooth underside (at least those that make prominent caps).
The last one looks like some kind if Phellinus, if that's on cherry plum tree it might be Phellinus pomaceus.
