What's Bananaman's excuse though? What opera was he watching?

But it's not just Superion, Menasor and Bruticus, it's all four limbs and a commander each time. And Hasbro can't afford to do infinite commanders in a year, so every time there's an Onslaught or Silverbolt, Thunderclash or Clench are pushed further aside.

Yeah, I know all that. I suppose what I mean is that a reissue of the CW toy would have saved a lot of time and effort. Redoing all the minibots as slightly larger new moulds while other characters go without new toys is a little draining.

See also the repetitive cycle of combiners.

I don't really see the point of this. The CW one was a near perfect modern minibot, the Universe one was a great modern reimagining. Other than "they're not available any more" (fair) what benefits does this one have?

That and I already own them from 10 years ago and don't particularly want to change them.

To be honest, they're both rubbish names. Fisitron is just random nonsense, Iron Fist is fine for a rowdy brawler, inappropriate for a nerdy gunsmith.

I like this mould, but am forever miffed with myself for getting one on the cheap, without any accessories. So he can't really do the combiner thing, and just stands around looking frumpy in robot mode.

Hyper mode!

Not that there's anything particularly hyper about it,it's just a pair of launchers you have to pull out on your own, like some sort of schmuck. Hardly even counts as a gimmick.

Still a great toy though.

I have a similar, if slightly longer, relationship with Valheim. Seems such a great time, but after a while I get to building with stone, and remember the ridiculous arbitrary restrictions on height and get fed up.
