😓 I fear you’re right. I feel like a lot of us are wondering what power is left. Which is why I thought maybe if the federal workers just stand their ground. They feel like a last line of defense if their bosses are all gone. I feel like I don’t know how to help either!

It can’t hurt to try and make them feel gross. I don’t think we should focus on psychopaths. But the people who thought no harm could come from Trump’s re-election. Those people exist and they aren’t all bad. Ignorant and naive. But not bad or stupid. They need to hear what their votes have done.

One of my favorite things! You know where I learned about it? At Central when I was teaching!

We’re already living in that scheme. Deep in it.

People who are being fired like this should just say NO. They should stay in their offices. Demand access to email and everything else and not go. We need people to stand their ground.

They should feel shame. They should see the people they’re hurting and be ashamed. I hope sadness and guilt floods them. Share the stories of the people you see hurting and shame the hell out of the people who voted for these policies.

Remember when people told you nothing can be deleted once it’s on the internet? They meant that. 👀

It can take some finagling to figure out how to view things, but playing around will get you the info you seek. Just plop in the website you wished you could see again and it will tell you the dates it scanned it.

In these dark times when things are being scrubbed from government websites, I’d like to introduce you to one of my favorite things: The Wayback Machine. It takes snapshots of websites at various times and you can view what a website looked like on days that they took snaps. Enjoy!
