As an actual resident of Osaka, I honestly barely even notice the supposed influx of tourists, even with the Expo.
And this is why I never liked those GPS type products. Like they both can be used for safety and danger but I've always just seen the danger mostly in them. Careless folks don't seem to realize how they can be dangerous as well.
