Wow that’s the first time I’ve looked at any post and thought ‘I’m sure I looked at those this morning!’ Thank you for taking a great group photo as I only managed individual ones of them.

The fantastic spire of St Botolph’s without Aldgate. The current church dates to 1741 replacing one which survived the Great Fire. It also survived the Blitz and has a dedication to those that lost their lives in the worst night of the Blitz. #SteepleSaturday

Drawing of St Patrick driving a donkey cart with three snakes in. The snakes are saying "nonne iam advenimus?" (Are we there yet?); "necesse est mihi mingere" (I need a wee); "nauseo" (I feel sick) and St Patrick is thinking "miserere mei" (Have pity on me).

A video of the stacks of tiles excavated at the Carlisle dig. A flagged floor was supported by these tiles stamped with the imperial IMP mark allowed hot air from the furnace to circulate underneath then rise up box flues in the wall. Between the stacks a huge amount of soot was removed #Carlisle
