If we talk just about "annoy", and not more, it's willful ignorance. The claim that one knows best because they read a cover of a book once and nothing can persuade them otherwise, because that wouldn't fit their preferred narrative.

I am notnsure Serenais would try to find one in the first place. In her reasoning, if the situation is bad enough that the WoL can't handle it, who else is there? Is it worth opening oneself to essentially a complete stranger just to get a "I am sorry, I am not sure how to help you"?

Depends. Serenais doesn't have any titles that would have more than a symbolic meaning.
If she feels like sending a message to an overly arrogant noble, she'll have herself styled as "Serenais, the Lady Thea".

Serenais would be quiet and respectful, but also probably boted quite early through the film. She's too smart for her own good, and would likely figure out the plot.
That being said, give her a film with proper unexpected but meaningful twists... And she'll buy popcorn the next time.

Thancred, Alisaie and Serenais' parents call her "Seren". Y'shtola and Alphinaud are close enough friends for it to fit too, but Y'shtola just finds it "unbecomming" (Serenais was the junior opponent of Y'shtola's archon thesis) and Alphinaud just can't help himself be formal ALL THE TIME.

Serenais is #4. Her life went off the rails only after she became the WoL at age 30, and even that going off the rails was a slow gradual process that didn't reach drastic levels until ARR, when she was 35.

Silent rage. Serenais does her best to keep whatever is going on underneath, underneath. She just becomes more quiet when angry. If she starts using long complex terms when adressing a person, or worse, becomes obviously angry, those are not just warning signs, that's an imminent catastrophe.

No. It's not worth it. Regardless whether whatever would take place of the reality she'd know would be better, Serenais wouldn't erase the one already present.
Nothing in it deserves to have never existed.
