It seems to me that if It works, I don't see anyone objecting to it.
The potential issues seem to be:
1. If it fails or is failing someone, would anyone else know? Would a real person be alerted?
2. If it does fail in a big, dramatic, psychosis kind of way, who is held responsible for that?
