It is Republicans whose Simple Majority votes are needed to INITIATE an impeachment in the House. It is Republicans whose Super Majority votes (2/3) are needed for impeachment CONVICTION and REMOVAL in the Senate. Ergo, without numbers, in this oleaginous GOP-led Congress, Dems are IMPOTENT.

I beg to differ. Democrats were rendered IMPOTENT by voters’ need for an imagined balance of power which they don’t really control. Democrats struggle for bipartisan efforts that do NOT exist when Republicans are the majority. This revelation is late in coming which makes Democrats seem feckless.
