I've wrestled with SVG world maps, chart libraries and various grid layouts. I've committed an ungodly number of changes to git with the message "tweak". But overall I'm pretty happy with this new screen.

After a couple of minutes you get the report. The content isn't bad. It included a weird incomplete table but overall this tool is quite polished.

Makes sense for Google to lean into this stuff after the success of NotebookLM.

Of all the apps I use I'll be most upset when this one goes away. I use it constantly. It hasn't been updated since 2015 and I can't even find it on the Mac App Store now.

The main thing is the draggable slider that lets you go forward/back in time.
