MiLB announced this morning that FCL Yankees right-hander Jose M. Rodriguez was named FCL Pitcher of the Month for June.

Rodriguez went 0-2 with a 0.48 ERA in four games (three starts) as he held opponents to one earned run on 11 hits and four walks over 18.2 innings.

I may be preaching to the choir here, but the Yankees have to make some big changes, and quickly. But what changes should they make? I explore that here, along with those bringing the offense down.

The biggest surprise to me is the turn around the Tarpons saw in May. In the last month, they have gone 17-7 (.708), scoring 155 runs and allowing 90 runs (run diff of +65).

They look - in the literal sense - like a totally different team than they did in the first week.

Via his Instagram, Carlos Lagrange shares that he is being promoted to AA Somerset.

America hasn't been the same since Great Starts disappeared from our lives.

I need to watch both Cunningham and Sellers tonight, so it's a good thing HV has an earlier start.

I intend on watching the video, but a Yankees pitching prospect's father has gone in depth with me in the past over how the Yankees have been lowering his arm slot over time, to the point where he's nearly a submariner now.

I suspected someone would sign him, but the lone appearance he had for the Tarpons last year was not good, as the article details. I'm interested to see how he does.

I've seen Jonathan Loáisiga too many times on rehab, but the 3-up, 3-down outing he had on Saturday was the best I've ever seen him.

He told me in an exclusive interview that he's throwing two more times in Tampa, then will hopefully go to AA/AAA before getting back to the Bronx for the end of May.

Dunkin' Donuts (because they should have never changed their name) has not been the same ever since these commercials ended.
