I've updated my tier list templates to include Silent Hill f now. Characters and Enemies lists are "ultimate" as in they have about pretty much everyone from the series, but Locations is just prominent games.

A humanoid levitating pitch black shadow with no hands and large boots. The only discernible part is its light gray face, which is flat and distorted. This is the Shade's earliest known iteration.

The second iteration of the Shade in the mistakenly uploaded unfinished trailer, spawning in Devil's Pitstop. It shows as dark clouds and lightning bolts.

SH Downpour - The Shade went through a few designs, starting as a humanoid shadow with a distorted face (possibly a placeholder?), then becoming just a face among dark clouds and lightning (seen in the accidentally uploaded WIP trailer) and finally becoming an abstract void of light.

From what I know, SHf doesn't have a dream sequence either, but I'm not nearly familiar enough with the game and it's still too soon to be including it.

James Sunderland and SM Harry Mason are the only major protagonists to not wake up from a dream sequence at the start of the game, although SM Harry does wake up from being knocked unconscious in the crash. Travis is not fully asleep, but he is falling asleep at the wheel with micro dreams.

SM - In one of the call variations for Bedrock Security's number, the guard on the other end will point out that Harry is not in any of the security cameras nor has activated any alarms.

SM - The Guilt test has the most complex values in the therapy segments, as every single possible combination has its own different score for the player's profile.

HC - The oddly named "Boiler Room" in the Central Silent Hill map is a store named Koontz Limited, but the map doesn't use that name for some reason. There's sign letters on its roof too, but it's usually very difficult to see through the fog.

Despite being the location of a major scene in Silent Hill 1, the lighthouse never appeared nor was mentioned again in a main canon game besides a reference in SH4, but it did make appearances in the Dying Inside comic and the lost Double Under Dusk digital release.

SH3 - The painting that was in Alessa's sickroom in SH1 was replaced by a more elaborate painting depicting Prometheus' punishment in Greek mythology, although the eagle that eats his liver is positioned over his head instead.

SHD - The cable car ticket that Murphy obtains to head to Devil's Pit is dated June 26th, which is the date he would've been granted parole if the attack on Frank Coleridge hadn't happened.

HC - The secret hotel room Josh is in, which references Room 111 from the movie, is in the third floor, so it's numbered 306. However, the files for the door and key label it Room 206, which matches the number that consistently reappears through the game.

James reads the title of the file: Lab results from a personality disorder test. The file is in a cabinet in the examination room of Brookhaven Hospital, next to a door.

James comments "Lab results? I don't want to read this."

James interacting again with the file, commenting only "there's nothing useful."

SH2 - While James often dismisses reading books and such through the game, he usually comments that they don't seem useful. However, there's a file in Brookhaven about a personality disorder test that he refuses to read, solely because he doesn't want to. He refuses to acknowledge it afterwards.

SHD - Among the files for the Full Circle ending's environment, there's an appearance by Homer, the homeless man in the Silent Hill underground, who isn't seen anywhere in the ending itself. The ending only features Murphy and the Wheelman, along with the voices of Howard, DJ Ricks and JP Sater.

SH4 - Tremers are programmed to follow the smell of blood, so they'll often slither towards their squished kin and stay around them.

SH3 - There are only three dwarfs accompanying Snow White in the fairy tale ride. There are robed figures trapped inside glass coffins in the ground - the remaining four dwarfs.

HC - The player has no reason to return to Curtis' junkyard after finding the underground passages in the town hall, but if they do, they can find some extra supplies around the area.

SH2 - SH4 - Dennis Falt, who plays Walter Sullivan in 4, also made an appearance as the doctor James confronts over Mary's condition in an audio flashback in Silent Hill 2.

"Sketches" note in Artaud Theater by Bill Ortega. It depicts a few sketches of the Butcher. Since what happened to Tony, I've dreamt about HIM more and more! THE BUTCHER! He looks just like that monster, the executioner! Now I've seen him when I'm awake. He's at my motel! It's HIM I swear it!

"Note on the Ritual" memo in the motel's Room 503. ...it is believed a being of tremendous mental energy may become a vessel capable of giving birth to Samael, the God worshipped by this cult. Samael's arrival will bring forth Paradise on Earth. (Something has been added in the margin.) Given that this vessel is to be molded with "suffering and pain," just what kind of God and what kind of 'paradise' would result?

SH0 - The costume designer leaves a note in the theater with sketches of the Butcher, claiming to have dreamed about him. Travis later finds his motel room, where a note indicates he had been researching the town's history and cult for the play - which influenced the design.
