Aw, I'm glad you asked! :) I get big inspiration from classic Disney animators like Milt Kahl and Ken Harris, Fleischer's Popeye cartoons, 1940's Looney Tunes, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Ranma 1/2. Also a lot of Farside and Sunday newspaper comics, lol
