Your semi annual reminder that Silva does not curate species and therefore you should consider the use of species labels from Silva *very* carefully.
As in, dont do it.
Species in Silva are the rubber chocolate of taxonomic assignments. They look real, but they're not and will taste terrible.

Very good blog post that highlights software dev skills you can acquire by developing Nextflow pipelines! I can attest to the same things discussed in the post - Nextflow really helped me better grasp key concepts like containerization and HPC schedulers.
