Cargoleta

A cloaked figure stands in a dark pocket of forest illuminated by a floating sphere of light. Trees rise above dwarfing the figure at they peak at the top center of the canvas, giving way to twilight sky that seems to glow light blue beyond the trees and darken reveal stars.

A suburban street at night, lit by a street lamp. there's a moving fan to the left of the image. A tall figure, its shadow thrown ahead of it by the light, walks towards the viewer. it has ambiguous features, and no arms. instead, multiple thin tendrils whip around from its shoulders.

On your nightly walk, you see a figure walking towards you.

You stop in your tracks as it starts to change, stretching taller.

Whip-like tendrils unfurl at its shoulders, and then you’ve seen enough.

You turn and run.

It is a cold sunrise or sunset over a vast swathe of mountains. A giant figure looms in the distance, walking away with curiosity. Its hair rises up behind altostratus clouds. This seems like the herald of something catastrophic.

A massive inverted pyramid glows a muted gold amongst shelf clouds in an unknown setting. Tiny lambent beings float and stick to its surface as tendrils that are shaped like digital lighting emerge from the pyramid's point and extend past the frame. Is it collecting souls or releasing them?

A massive hand reaches from the darkness to collect the sun. Its bones are visible within the subsurface lighting. This hand has always been misgendered as fables go.

Above a frozen mountain shrouded in clouds the smallest glimpse of a head can be seen. Lightning crackles in the cloud that would be positioned by its nose. No features can be made out, save for the feeling that now you'll never be released from its view.

A remote salvage submersible floats over a sunken ship, upon whose deck stands a strange figure, devoid of features and somehow surviving in the dark, crushing depths.
