He doesn’t have the same pipes he had in the 80’s but I really like this album. Has a bit more soft, meditative, contemplative with emotional depth of life experiences.
If you’re looking for rocking ballads like his Journey heydays, this is not that.

Took a full listen to album before posting. Truly enjoyed the lushness of the orchestration and strings. Streisand’s voice is still incredible. My favorite collaborations are with Sting, Laufey, Hozier, and Dylan.

Interestingly Dave Brubeck’s Take Five made this extended soundtrack but Steely Dan’s Rikki Don’t Lose That Number didn’t. That song seemed a bit more prominent in its scene than Brubeck’s. 🤔
