Feeling cute might delete later. While not my current fur set-up, (and shite lighting) I just wanna post a thing. I’ve got a pretty promising new set up for fur, and right now I’m trying to optimize it, while fighting the black hole that is jumping between different projects and characters.

Alright, after kicking myself for being lazy, and remembering that bsky exists, I'm going to put together the aforementioned rigging guide that I posted on my FA forever ago. 😅 I'll probably post it here and on FA, hopefully before the end of the month.

I still don’t have a normal map with this style yet because the lighting is based mostly on the physical geometry and there’s no pbr, at least not in the traditional sense. I’m presently working on ways to make them work together, but I thought the pose was kinda cute and ‘bearish’ and I thinks the fur looks good- as long as you don’t look too closely at it 😅
