oh BTW life update is I'm not doing the electrician thing anymore. I was excited at first but the more the prospect of "physically exhausting non-art-adjacent job where most of the work appears to be in AI data centers" set in, the less motivated I got.

follow-up on this: while technically being able to connect to American phone towers, there was nowhere near enough signal, especially in my house, to make it a functional daily use phone. it's just a toy now basically. which is fine cuz the seller refunded the money despite me not asking lol

like I feel like in the moment my brain was trying to make it scary but when I picked up the trashcan lid it was like "oh fuck she's defending herself, how do we make this scarier" and suddenly this completely normal leopard has a double barrel shotgun. it was comedic even in the moment
