Some things I plan to fix: getting a better petticoat and making better panniers. I also planned on having slime earrings, but they broke moments before leaving the house this morning so I need to re-cast them. I may also make some adjustments to the bodice.

My first foray into 3D printing turned out pretty good! I'm not the best at applying gold leaf but I think once it's on my head it'll look just fine lol

A Christmas tree that has been decorated not with Christmas ornaments but with Halloween decor. It is adorned with multiple skeletons and faux spider webs. The skeletons are wearing nurse outfits.

I made some cute little crochet pumpkins (with a pattern by @brianakdesigns.bsky.social)! I also stuffed some dried cloves in with the polyfil and they smell so good :D

Little dude frowns at a tiny grey box, exclaiming “all that work for THIS?!” Little dude shoves the grey box into another little guy’s hands; Frowning, stomping off, and saying “Here you go, I made this, it sucks.” Second little dude cracks open the box, swirling rainbows project out onto their face. Second little dude stares in awe at all the swirling rainbows now floating around them.

Sometimes we’re unsatisfied with a thing we made because when it only existed in our head, we saw all the things it could have been and when it’s done we know all the things that it isn’t, but we can’t see the way it expands into a million new things when someone else unpacks it in their head. 🖊️🦑

A bunch of cast resin pieces. There are flowers in three different sizes, big and small stars, some resin in the vague shape of Lego bricks, and some teardrop shapes that are destined to become Slime Earrings.

A couple of things learned:
1) I should've realized a dye called "baja blue" would turn out to be the color of Baja Blast
2) I really need to invest in a vacuum chamber. These things are full of micro bubbles

When I decided to start a fantasy worldbuilding project I was faced with the challenge of learning to draw environments. As a character artist this was way out of my comfort zone. I still have a lot to learn, but just making them exist is half the battle! You can make it good later!
